Patil University's Department of Business Management has been established
with an aim to provide quality management education fulfilling the needs of
the corporate world. Institute aims to
impart and disseminate knowledge, develop competencies and also to provide
for Research and Development in the
emerging areas of Health Sciences, Science and Technology, Business Management,
Hospitality Management, Law, Liberal Education, Teacher’s Education, Sports
etc.
Padmashree Dr. DY Patil University (Department of Business
Management) is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Dr. DY Patil University
(DBM) was set up with a mission to provide quality management education for
fulfilling the needs of the corporate world. The University is accredited by
NAAC as ‘A’ grade institution and is a Deemed University. The major facilities
at campus are fully air-conditioned library with vast range of books and
e-journals, auditorium etc. The major recruiters of the institute are Merck
pharmaceuticals ltd, UTV, Canara bank etc. The students of the institute take
participation in various extracurricular activities at University level.
Eligibility:
For the full time courses, the candidates should have done
graduation in any subject, with not less than 50% marks, from a recognized
Board. The candidates, who are applying for the part time course, must be
graduates from a recognized Board, with minimum 45% marks. In addition to this,
they should have minimum two years of work experience in the relevant field.
Admission Procedure-
Selection will be based on
- Educational Qualification / Performance.
- The results of MAT/XMAT/CMAT/CAT / DYPCET and GD/PI of DYPDBM
- Work experience and
- Extra Curricular Activities (Sports etc.)
- The admission to various MBA Program offered by School of Management is through the DYPCET.
