Master of Management Studies(MMS):
About the Course –The programme is designed to facilitate the transition of senior functional executives into highly effective general managers.  It develops a broad understanding of how to integrate across functions, optimize manpower and resources to get work done more efficiently and with superior results, in uncertain and complex environments.

Master of Business Administration - Retail Management
Retail Management deals with selling of goods and services to consumers. It involves a direct interaction with the customer and coordinating  business activities from designing of a product to its delivery and post-delivery service. Those who are specialists in retail management are generally known as Retail Managers. A Retail Manager is expected to address consumers’ problems, monitor retail orders, handle merchandising, manage HR and also supervise the stocks/inventory and supply chain management.

Post Graduate Diploma In Human Resource Management
An employee’s experience in a company is greatly influenced by its Human Resource Manager who can either make it or break it! He is the one who makes employees acquainted with the company’s policies and ensures that they follow it while ensuring that they are in compliance with the employment and labour laws. Altogether, an HR Manager manages the organisation’s workforce from the time they are selected, recruited, trained till they are rewarded. In circumstances where employees desire and are legally authorised to hold a collective bargaining agreement, a HR Manager will typically also serve as the company’s primary liaison with the employees’ representatives (usually a labour union).

Now to handle such a great responsibility, it has become imperative to train students and make them job-ready. A programme in HR management gives a student a strong foundation in HR best practices. It helps them inculcate necessary skills and methods required to deal with the challenges of today’s changing workplace.
