The School of
Management for Infrastructure and Development (MINDS),
Bangalore was started in the year 2005.
The institute became functional officially on July 1, 2005.
The School is a Division of the Centre for Symbiosis of Technology, Environment
& Management (STEM), Bangalore, a not-for-profit multi-disciplinary
professional Society with nearly two decades' standing in Development Research,
Consultancy & Training.
The institute academic activities are reinforced by STEM's
substantial sectoral exposure and special academic, industry & employer
linkages. MINDS enjoys the status of an Extension Centre of Karnataka's
prestigious Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
The college caters to the managerial demands of various
infrastructure areas such as: Construction, Transport including Railways,
Airways, Highways, Energy & Power, Health & Education.
ELIGIBILITY:
- The admission is open to Engineering grads in any discipline and Post grads in other disciplines with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- MBA admission is open only to Engineering grads in any discipline with minimum 50% marks
- aggregate.
SELECTION:
Selection is done through Group Discussions and Personal
Interview and through PGCET – Karnataka.
