Situated in the commune of Bandra close to the upcoming financial district at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), is Chetana's Ramprasad Khandelwal Institute of Management and Research, the second oldest business school in Mumbai. MASTER IN MANAGEMENT STUDIES

Two Year Full Time Degree Course

The MMS curriculum ensures the adaptability required to meet the volatile business environment. We recognize the need to provide talented young budding managers to cope with such need. This curriculum exposes the students to real life situations and sharpens their thinking to generate innovative ideas and solution and view their discussions in the light of various constraints. In addition to the University syllabus, this course continuously incorporates contemporary subjects.

The full time MMS course of 2 years duration consists of four academic semesters and is open to candidates who have taken a Bachelors' degree in any faculty of Mumbai University or of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto. Admissions are limited to a carefully selected group of about 60 participants. The entrance exam is administered by Directorate of Technical Education

MMS Admission in ADMI 2012

 The Institute was set up in response to growing and acute need felt by Indian managers and investors to deal with rapidly changing business and financial environment. The courses started at the outset were a Diploma in Investment Studies and the Masters in Financial Services and Management program, which was exclusively offered by ADMI for more than half a decade. 

   ADMI established in 1994 extended it's financial management programs to the prestigious Masters in Management Studies Program for the first time in 2002-2003 to live up to the increasing demand for Management professionals.

The Institute was co-founded by the Mr. Dineshbhai Mody in loving memory of his beloved son Late Shri Alkeshbhai D. Mody, who was a dynamic stockbroker and noble soul. The Institute was established in 1994, as a Department of the University of Mumbai, offering management education with a focus of financial services.

MMS is a two year full time management course.

The MMS course is conducted on a semester basis with two semesters per year. It helps aspiring students to become effective decision makers. It helps in upgradation of knowledge and managerial skills.It prepares managers for senior positions.

The course includes project work, presentations, field work, case studies and many other activities to improve the conceptual, interpersonal and management skills.

Minimum Attendance Reqd : 75%

Minimum % of Marks Reqd per subject to Pass : 50%

On successful completion of course the candidate will get MMS Degree from "The University of Mumbai."

Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)

The Institute offers a two year full - time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM). This is the only fully autonomous management programme offered by the Government of Maharashtra and run exclusively by and at SIMSREE. The institute kicked off with Diploma in Business Management, a one year course in 1976. This course was converted into a two year post graduate program in 1992 and the curriculum was accordingly updated

MMS is the flagship course of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), conducted as a university department of University of Mumbai. It is a two year full time post graduate degree course in management. Started as early as 1965, the course has been modified continually and appropriately to suit the contemporary corporate world needs and has been able to nurture prominent leaders of the same.
